Class Description
Run for God is a 12-week walk/run program. Twice a week you will workout on your own, and we will meet once a week at 232 Main for devotion and discussion of a running topic. We will conclude with a walk/run on the track near Spangler Branch Library. Throughout the class, we'll learn how to use running as a tool to share the gospel and grow closer with God through our physical health.
Instructor Bio
I am a 66-year-old mother of four and a Grammy of 6! Have completed and placed in three triathlons, two half marathons, several 10k’s and 5k’s. Running is my time to spend quality time with my Heavenly Father!
