Camp Younique

This camp will be designed to teach children that God is one of a kind. He has no beginning and no end. Everything He has created is unique and one of-a-kind, including people created in His image.  Every person is an original reflection of God in how they love, care for others, imagine, create, and solve problems. Jesus lived this out in the way He loved all people, and helped people feel like they had value no matter who they were or what they had done.  We can reflect this in the way we live out how God created us.

Elementary children will be able to choose 3 ministry areas they would like to explore during the week.  They will go to 3, 40 minute sessions each day.  They will learn skills in each area for 35 minutes,  4 days a week.  5 minutes of the class will be used to apply the Bible story. Pre-K (3-5 yr olds) children will be learning how God made them and have art, play time, and music daily. You will need to provide a lunch for you child-Lunch will not be provided. Below is the daily schedule:  9:30-9:45 Large group in Auditorium 9:50-10:30 Session 1 10:40-11:20 Session 2 11:30- 12:10 Session 3 12:20 - 12:40 Lunch 12:45-1:00 Large group and dismissal from Auditorium

Sessions for the children to choose from: -Drama (this group will learn a skit to perform on Thursday) -Music (this group will sing a song on Thursday) -Sports (this group will learn how to share their faith through sports) -Carpentry (this group will learn carpentry skills and make something) -Make and Bake (this group will learn sewing and baking skills) -Tech Support (this group is for 4th/5th only. They will be learning and technology and electrical skills) -Art (this class will learn various art techniques) -Kid's Worship Dance Team (this group will learn dance moves to help lead other kids in worship)
