Acts 12:24 says, "The Word of God grew and multiplied." Throughout this year, we've seen God multiply in countless ways. Journey 12:24 the next step for us as a church to see His glory grow and multiply. Throughout this journey, we are believing that God will do extraordinary things through us as individuals, and also as a church. Since launching Hope Upper Cleveland, we've seen God do incredible work in that community. We're putting roots right across from Burns High School and building a home that will allow us to keep impacting the Upper Cleveland community for Christ.
By constructing a new playground in the courtyard of our Shelby campus, we'll be able to impact families and children in our community like never before.
When will the project construction begin?
If all goes according to the planned timeline, construction on the UC building will begin in January.
How much are we looking to raise?
We are looking to raise $1.5 million above our annual giving for the projects
Should I give everything at once or over time?
You're welcome to give monthly, weekly, or one-time. We will be having a Commitment Sunday to take our first offering on Sunday, October 10th and continue to give beyond there.
Should I direct my regular giving to Journey 12:24?
No, your gift should go above and beyond your regular giving to Hope. We are so grateful for the way you support the ongoing ministry here, but as a part of this spiritual journey, we ask you to prayerfully consider how God is calling you specifically to give above and beyond.
How can I give?
You can give in-person with cash or check with Journey 12:24 written in the memo and on the envelope, through text-to-give by texting your dollar amount to 84321 (e.g., "$100" to 84321), or online by clicking give at the top of this page and selecting Journey 12:24 from the dropdown options.
When will the project be completed?
Our target is to have all projects completed by fall of 2022.
