Be a Worship Leader!
At HCC, we rely upon volunteers for so much of what goes on at the church, not only Sundays, but each day of the week as well. Every volunteer plays a vital role, from people helping with our kids ministry to our parking team. We've heard time and time again how people have come to see Jesus through the service of volunteers, and we know that you, as many partners, will be able to reach so many more than our core staff ever could.
Further, we believe that as we grow in our faith, God calls us to step up into leadership and service within the church, each according to the gifts that He has given you. So, we want to provide opportunities for our partners to grow in their faith through service each week.

What happens after I apply to be a volunteer?

After you submit your application it will be reviewed and processed. Next, you will receive a follow up email from your specific Team Leader regarding details and training. Some teams will require a background check and additional interview processes before training can be scheduled. Once you have completed training you will be scheduled to serve!
How often can I serve?
Worship Leaders typically serve once or twice a month in their specific are. We want all of our Worship Leaders to have a balance of serving and attending here at Hope Community Church. You are also able to block out dates that you are unavailable to serve because of previous plans or travel.

When serving, can I also attend service?

We want you to be fully present while serving and fully present while attending! So this means we prefer that you serve at a service and attend a service.
