UC GRAND OPENING

Back in October 2021, our church family set out on a journey with a hope to see the Word of God increase and multiply in Cleveland County and beyond. We believed as a church that this could happen through the planting of Hope Community Church - Hickory, expanding our children’s ministry facilities at our Shelby Campus, and by building a permanent facility in Upper Cleveland County. By God’s grace and your support all three of these visions are now a reality!

 

To celebrate the final step in the construction phase of Journey 12:24, we are having a Grand Opening Weekend at our new Upper Cleveland Campus on August 19th & 20th. 

 

The weekend will consist of an Open House Connect Event on Saturday, August 19th from 5-7pm at 312 E Stagecoach Trail, Lawndale. At this event, we will have games and inflatables for our kids, hotdogs for everyone to eat, and the entire facility will be open for tours. Please plan to join us and bring any friends or family that you think would be interested in seeing the new facility. 

 

On Sunday morning, August 20th, we will shift our morning worship schedule to match our Shelby Campus with two worship services taking place at 9am & 11am. We are already seeing momentum build in our soft launch services at UC, and we are excited to be able to offer two services from the start of our Grand Opening.

 

We truly believe that God is going to use this new facility to help us to extend the reach of the gospel and advance His Kingdom. We hope you can join us on this exciting weekend!
